Dr. Paul Gorman is the founder of GLOW Surgical Arts, a cosmetic surgery practice located in Redwood City, CA, and serving the San Francisco peninsula and Bay Area. He received his BA from the University of Virginia and Medical Degree from the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Gorman underwent surgical training at the Penn State University College of Medicine, followed by a Postdoctoral Fellowship in the Department of Surgery at Stanford University.
At GLOW Surgical Arts, Dr. Gorman has focused his practice on cosmetic surgery, laser procedures, and injectable treatments. In addition to performing body enhancing procedures such as abdominoplasty, SmartlipoTM liposuction, and breast augmentation, Dr. Gorman has a special interest in facial rejuvenation, including laser resurfacing and eyelid lift surgery (blepharoplasty).
Dr. Gorman is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Society of Cosmetic Breast Surgery. Committed to the art and science of cosmetic surgery, Dr. Gorman endeavors to provide his patients with the highest standard of care while keeping abreast of exciting developments that frequently occur in this specialized field.
Outside of the office, Dr. Gorman enjoys staying active through cycling and trail running. A dedicated sportsman, he relishes remote backcountry adventures.
Dr. Renee Marshall joined the clinical staff of GLOW Surgical Arts in 2008. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University and her Medical Degree from the Penn State University College of Medicine. Upon completing her surgical training at Penn State, Dr. Marshall spent a year at Stanford University as a Sloan Fellow, obtaining a Master of Science in Management degree. Her broad professional background lends Dr. Marshall a unique perspective in her approach to the cosmetic surgery patient.
Dr. Marshall performs all of the body contouring procedures offered at GLOW Surgical Arts, including breast augmentation, abdominoplasty, breast lift, and liposuction. For patients seeking less invasive treatments, she is also well versed in Botox® and Juvederm® injections and laser treatments. When not taking care of her cosmetic surgery patients, she enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including competitive equestrian events, running, and hiking. Dr. Marshall is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Known for her thoughtful approach, Dr. Marshall has distinguished herself amongst her patients and colleagues.
Dionne Lowery joined GLOW Surgical Arts in 2012 and quickly became a key member of the GLOW clinical care team. In addition to assisting with patient treatments and procedures, she also serves as office manager. Dionne received her Medical Assistant certification from the Institute for Business and Technology in Santa Clara, and subsequently obtained her Vocational Nurse License from Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts in San Mateo. She has a wide range of healthcare experience, including OB/GYN, pediatrics, and home health care. Her skills shine through in the level of care she provides GLOW patients throughout the clinical process. Dionne enjoys interacting with patients and watching both the physical and emotional transformations that ensue after GLOW Surgical Arts cosmetic procedures and treatments.
Marilyn Patino joined the GLOW Surgical Arts team in May 2015 as a medical assistant. She assists with cosmetic procedures and treatments and with all aspects of GLOW clinical care. Marilyn strives to develop a strong relationships with all GLOW Surgical Arts patients, and readily shifts from English to Spanish based on the communication preference of a given patient or family member. Marilyn received her Clinical Medical Assistant certification from Everest College. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her famil and dancing. Recognized for her ready smile and calm, encouraging manner, Marilyn has endeared herself to many GLOW patients.
Bianca Vasquez has been an important part of the GLOW Surgical Arts clinical care team since August 2014, participating in all aspects of clinical care during cosmetic procedures and treatments. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Bianca is a Redwood City local. She obtained her Medical Assistant certification from Boston Reed College. Outside of GLOW, Bianca enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and exploring diverse Bay Area offerings on hand. Her passion for quality care and attention to detail shine through on a daily basis for GLOW Surgical Arts patients and other members of the GLOW team.
Paulina Garcia joined GLOW Surgical Arts in 2016 as a front office client services specialist. She brings several years of diverse customer service experience to her role. Paulina plays a key role in ensuring a positive experience for all GLOW patients, and seamlessly does so in both English and Spanish. Paulina is one of the first people you will meet upon visiting our office, and she will always greet you with a smile. A Bay Area native, Paulina enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying all the Bay Area has to offer. At GLOW Surgical Arts, she strives to ensure that all of our patients are thoughtfully cared for in their dealings with our office.
