At GLOW Surgical Arts, we respect your time and make every effort to start appointments as they are scheduled. In order to make your visit to GLOW more enjoyable and efficient, we abide by these appointment scheduling and cancellation guidelines:
Consultation appointments
We are happy to schedule a complimentary consultation, which is confirmed two business days prior to your scheduled visit. Failure to keep this appointment or neglecting to notify our office of a conflict 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a non-refundable $35 rescheduling fee.
Non-surgical treatment appointments
All non-surgical treatment appointments are confirmed two business days prior to your scheduled visit. Failure to keep this appointment or neglecting to notify our office of a conflict 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a non-refundable $35 rescheduling fee.
Follow-up appointments
We offer routine, no-charge, post-treatment appointments, which are confirmed two business days prior to your scheduled visit. Failure to keep these appointments or neglecting to notify our office of a conflict 24 hours prior to the appointments may result in the loss of appointment scheduling privileges or dismissal from the practice.
Cancellation of appointments
We understand that appointments need to be rescheduled from time to time. As a courtesy to our patients, we do require 24 hours’ notice for consultation, non-surgical treatment, or follow-up appointment cancellation or rescheduling requests.
Failure to attend a consultation, non-surgical treatment, or follow-up appointment without notifying our office 24 hours prior to said appointment will classify the appointment as a “no-show.” No-show consultation and non-surgical treatment appointments are subject to a non-refundable $35 rescheduling fee. A pattern of no-show follow-up appointments may result in the loss of appointment scheduling privileges or dismissal from the practice.
Cancellation of surgery
Surgery scheduling requires a great commitment of time and resources, and we do charge a non-refundable surgical scheduling fee of $250. Any refund of surgical fees depends upon the notice given by the patient to the office. All surgery patients will be provided a financial policy detailing deadlines for surgery payments and cancellation refunds.
Late arrivals
We believe all of our patients are entitled to the full time allocated for their appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment to ensure the next patient is not delayed. All applicable rescheduling and cancellation fees will be applied.
